Public Reporting of Progress in meeting Highly Qualified Teacher Requirement for Monte Alto ISD:
The No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001 requires that the Local Education Agency (LEA) publicly report the annual progress of the LEA and each campus served by the LEA in meeting the State's measurable highly qualified teacher objectives. Below are the results of the Highly Qualified teachers for the Monte Alto School District for 2007-2008 school year as reported to the Texas Education Agency:
