What is an Instructional Facilitator?

• Coaching & Collaboration: The facilitator works side-by-side with teachers to plan engaging lessons, analyze student data, and model new teaching techniques.

• Resource Support: They stay on the cutting edge of educational trends, bringing new tools, books, and technology into our classrooms to keep learning fresh and exciting.

• Data-Driven Decisions: By looking at school-wide assessment trends, the facilitator helps teachers identify exactly which skills students have mastered and where they might need a little extra "boost."
